At Meowholic, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read this policy carefully as it outlines your options in different scenarios. Because our products are consumable pet treats and supplements, certain limitations apply for hygiene and safety reasons.
1. 30-Day "Try Risk-Free" Guarantee
We offer a 30-Day "Try Risk-Free" Guarantee exclusively for first-time purchases made through our official website (meowholicpet.com). If you're not fully satisfied with your first order, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your purchase, no returns required.
- Valid for your first order only
- Maximum refund value: RM150 per order (not per product)
- Limited to one refund per household, name, and address
- Refund requests must include a valid order ID or proof of purchase
- A brief explanation of your experience is required
We'll process your refund using the payment method that best suits your location. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected, as processing times may vary by payment provider.
To submit a request, email us at support@meowholicpet.com with your order details. Meowholic reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the above requirements.
2. Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong product, we will make it right at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
What we need from you:
- Your order ID or proof of purchase
- Clear photo or video evidence of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
What we'll do:
- Arrange a replacement shipment at our expense, or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method
We cover all return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided where applicable.
3. Change of Mind
As our products are consumable pet treats and supplements, we are generally unable to accept returns for change of mind once a product has been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.
However, if the product is still sealed and unused, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, sealed packaging with all tags intact
- Return shipping is at the customer's own expense
- A refund or exchange will be processed after we inspect and confirm the condition of the returned item
- Partial refunds may apply if only part of an order is returned
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@meowholicpet.com before sending any items back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, except in the case of damage or incorrect fulfilment:
- Opened or partially consumed products
- Products not in their original packaging
- Items purchased during promotional sales or as part of a bundle (unless defective)
- Custom or personalised orders
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return request.
5. Pet Health Disclaimer
Meowholic products are formulated to support pet health and well-being. However, individual pet responses may vary. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes, and we recommend consulting a veterinarian before introducing any new treats or supplements to your pet's diet.
Refunds will not be issued solely on the basis that a product did not produce a specific or expected result in your pet, unless covered under the 30-Day "Try Risk-Free" Guarantee (Section 1).
